The first week of ProQuest is complete in the United States. Dorinthea is a confirmed Dark Horse, who claimed multiple wins in week 1. I spoke to Colin Swisher, a local DC player who took down a ProQuest with the beloved warrior.

Winning Dorinthea Decklist
Location: Huzzah Hobbies, Ashburn, VA
Player Count: 25 Players
Top 8: Fai, Fai, Fai, Isylander, Kano, Dorinthea, Dromai, Dash
Finals: Dorinthea vs Fai
Q: Why did you decide to play Dorinthea?
A: She was a comfort pick. I started on Dorinthea and I know her the best.
Q: What matchups were you expecting?
A: Primarily Guardians. I have 2 Remembrances in the sideboard and access to 5 shunts if needed. I was expecting Fai too.
Q: What matchups were you hoping to dodge?
A: Oldhim. That is a hard matchup. I feel more comfortable playing against Isylander than Oldhim.
Q: What cards performed well during the tournament?
A: Glistening Steelblade, Steelblade Supremacy and Ironsong Pride. Glistening Steelblade is good into Fai when drawn early. It's a race between who can get either Art of War, or Glistening Steelblade first.
Q: How many times did you play Fai?
A: Four times. Twice during swiss, both losses, and twice in the top 8, both wins.
Q: Why Arcane Barrier 3?
A: Kano. I am afraid to that play that matchup without AB3. Paid off in the semi finals match.
Q: What changes would you make for next week's meta?
A: Dauntless maybe but I am not sold on it. I could cut an Ironsong Determination for it. Most everyone had defense reactions against me. I saw Sink Belows almost every match.
Q: What was your toughest decision of the day?
A: Round 3 against Dromai I cracked my Refraction Bolters on turn 3 to present lethal.
Q: Congrats on your win, will you take Dori to Baltimore?
A: Yes but I am worried about more defense reactions if the meta changes
